SERVICES AND PROJECT AGREEMENTS

The Wallpaper Lab provides wallcovering consultation, measuring, installation, removal, repair, and related services across South Florida. Website information is general. The scope, price, schedule, materials, payment terms, and any project-specific warranty will be stated in your written estimate, proposal, invoice, or agreement. If those project documents conflict with this page, the project documents control.

ESTIMATES AND MATERIALS

Website forms and preliminary conversations do not create a binding project agreement. An estimate may change if measurements, wall conditions, material specifications, access, or the requested scope changes. Wallpaper color, texture, pattern, dye lot, manufacturing quality, and availability are controlled by the manufacturer or seller. Customers are responsible for approving the selected material before installation unless a written project agreement states otherwise.

SCHEDULING, ACCESS, AND PAYMENT

Scheduling is subject to availability and project readiness. Customers must provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and disclose known wall, moisture, electrical, structural, or environmental concerns. Deposits, balances, rescheduling terms, and accepted payment methods are governed by the applicable written estimate, invoice, or agreement.

WORKMANSHIP AND EXISTING CONDITIONS

We perform our work with professional care. Results can be affected by existing wall conditions, moisture, prior coatings or adhesives, building movement, material defects, and other conditions outside our control. Any workmanship warranty is limited to the terms in the applicable written project agreement.

WEBSITE USE

You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or copy and republish our original photographs, text, branding, or project materials without written permission.
